Initially, there will be a consultative oboarding with UGREEN, where mentors Filipe Boni or Sami Meira will help your company to define its sustainability goals and how to implement these strategies in your business.
Your company will then have 12 group mentoring sessions (+4 hours each) over the period of 12 months covering sustainabibility topics relevant to your business. Filipe Boni
Architect, LEED AP BD+C
Founding Partner and Mentor of UGREEN. He worked on the conception of more than 30 projects for the real estate market alongside some of the largest construction companies in the country. He was the first Brazilian invited to take part in the New European Bauhaus discussions for the European Commission, alongside architects such as Bjarke Ingels and Shigeru Ban.
Sami Meira
Architect, LEED AP BD+C
Founding Partner and Mentor of UGREEN. Architect graduated from Florida Atlantic University and specialization in Sustainable Business from Harvard Business School. She has acted in several certified institutional projects in the United States. As a consultant, she has worked on several projects with LEED certification and within industries seeking to optimize the materials and supply chain.
